奈良市(나라시)는 新型(신형) 코로나 백신의 接種後(접종후) 死亡(사망)한 市民(시민) 일곱명 中(중) 5人(인)이 나라의 救濟制度對象(구제제도대상)으로 認定(인정)되어, 死亡一時金(사망일시금) 等(등) 計(계) 約(약) 2億2千萬円(이억이천만엔)이 支給(지급)되었다고 밝혔였다.
健康(건강) 被害(피해) 등을 含(함)한 申請件數(신청건수)는 81件(건). 45件(건)이 認定(인정)되고, 21件(건)이 否認(부인), 15件(건)이 結果(결과)를 기다리고 있다고 한다. 仲川(나카가와) 市長(시장)이 2025年9月 定例(정례) 市議會(시의회)에서 說明(설명)하였다.

奈良市表示，在接種新型冠狀病毒疫苗後死亡的7名市民中，有5人被認定符合國家救濟制度，已支付包括死亡一次性補償金在內的合計約22億日圓。
據該市透露，於令和3年至6年度間提交厚生勞動省審查會的7件申請中，5件獲得認定，1件被否決，另有1件仍在等待審查結果。根據《預防接種法》所設立的救濟制度，若審查會判定「無法否定接種與死亡的因果關係」，則國家將全額支付死亡一次性補償金及喪葬費。
同一期間內，包括健康損害在內的申請件數共有81件。其中45件獲得認定，21件被否決，15件仍在等待結果。仲川市長在9月的奈良市議會定例會上作出說明。

Five Nara City Residents Who Died After COVID-19 Vaccination Recognized for Relief Program
The city of Nara announced that five out of seven residents who died after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine have been approved as eligible under the national relief program, with a total of approximately 220 million yen, including lump-sum death benefits, having been paid out.
According to the city, of the seven applications submitted to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s review committee between fiscal years 2021 and 2024, five were approved, one was denied, and one is still pending. Under the relief system based on the Immunization Act, if the review committee determines that “a causal relationship between vaccination and death cannot be denied,” the full amount of lump-sum death benefits and funeral expenses is provided by the government.
During the same period, there were a total of 81 applications, including those involving other health damages. Of these, 45 were approved, 21 were denied, and 15 remain pending. Mayor Gen Nakagawa explained this at the regular Nara City Council session in September.
